At Love & Grace Baby Boutique, every order is prepared with care and thoughtfully packaged to make your experience feel as special as the little one receiving it. Please review our policy before placing your order.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery dates shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays are outside our control.
• Ready-to-ship items are processed quickly.
• Personalized & made-to-order items ship within 5–7 business days after production.
• Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages — handcrafted pieces are fulfilled individually to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns and size exchanges on eligible items. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to begin.
To be eligible, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unused
• In original packaging
• With all tags attached
REFUNDS
Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
SIZE EXCHANGES — FREE, NO FEES
Eligible items may be exchanged for another size, subject to availability. One exchange per item. Customers are responsible for return shipping; we cover outbound shipping on the replacement.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged , contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — and we'll provide a prepaid return label.
RETURN SHIPPING
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We provide a prepaid return label — return shipping is on us.
• All other returns & exchanges: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a trackable method, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit back to us.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Personalized items — made specifically for you. Please carefully review all names, dates, initials, and custom details before submitting your order. We cannot issue refunds for customer-entered errors, including spelling mistakes.
• Made-to-order & special order items
• Items marked as final sale
RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or being unclaimed, a refund will be issued for the item total only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and that the delivery location is secure. Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, Love & Grace Baby Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We will do our best to help you track the shipment or file a carrier claim.
HANDMADE ITEM NOTICE
Many of our items are handmade with care. Slight natural variations in color, texture, and finish are part of what makes each piece unique and special — not a defect.
Colors may also vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and the sublimation printing process. We appreciate your understanding and are confident you'll love your one-of-a-kind piece.
