Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Love & Grace Baby Boutique! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please review our policy below:

Shipping:
We carefully package and ship all orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Returns and Exchanges:

We’re happy to assist with returns or exchanges on eligible items. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.

  • Return Condition: Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Exchanges: Eligible items can be exchanged for size. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover handling and processing.

  • Ineligible Returns: Item(s) labeled '📦  Special Order Item, cannot be returned or exchanged.

​Returns for Refund: Once eligible items are received back to us, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that the time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Handmade Product Notice

Thank you for choosing our handmade product! Each item is crafted with care and attention to detail, making every piece unique. These small imperfections are a natural part of the handmade process and only add to the charm and individuality of your product.

Inks in the sublimation process may result in slight color variations from what you see on your computer screen.

We appreciate your understanding and are confident that you will love the one-of-a-kind quality that comes with handcrafted items.

Standard Delivery and Processing

Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond the estimated arrival date. Unfortunately, Love & Grace Baby Boutique has no control over these shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. If your package tracking states "Arriving Late", please contact the shipping carrier for more information. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package at the shipping address provided at checkout. If a package is confirmed as delivered to the specified address but is subsequently lost or stolen, we will make every effort to assist in locating the package. However, we cannot assume responsibility for replacing lost or stolen items free of charge.

All shipping costs are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer. In the event that an order is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the order amount, excluding any shipping charges.

Personalized Items:

Inventory products ship quickly. Personalized and made to order items take a few days to produce.

Please double-check that all names and details are spelled correctly on your order form before submitting. Because personalized items are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for spelling errors provided by the customer.

 

All personalized items typically ship within 5-7 Business days. 

Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box since some items are custom made and may require extra care.
